The Mooij Relative humidity sensors are used on 3 positions within the storage. Outside, in the Duct and in/on the product. The Outside RH sensor is used for the control during the drying, storage and for evaporative cooling. The Duct RH sensor controls the humidifier. The Product RH sensor controls the humidity of the product. This is particularly important for the storage of onions.
